3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a TrendySnip error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
